M y name is Ben. My morning begins at 7 o'clock. I get up, wash my face and have breakfast. I usually have porridge for breakfast. I drink a cup of tea with some bread and butter.

Then I go to school. At school I have lunch. I often have apple juice, some sandwiches with ham, cucumbers and cheese.

When I come home after school I have dinner. I like to eat soup with bread and some salad for dinner. After that I do my homework.

In the evening our family gets together and we have supper. We usually eat potatoes with chicken or fish and fresh vegetables. My parents drink tea and I drink some juice. We like to eat together.
