In 2015 our country and all progressive people celebrate the 70-th anniversary of the victory in the second World War.

All students and teachers of school №51 are proud of the fact that we know very well Ermakov Viktor Andreyevich: a veteran, an honored teacher of the Russian Federation.

The problem of our research is actual because the role of positive examples has been and will be important forever.

The aim of this research is:

• to find as more as possible information about an unusual life of Ermakov V.A.;

• to prove that his life helps to bring up young generation.

We decided:

• to find the information about Viktor Andreyevich;

• to use it to inform students and their parents;

• to save it in our school museum for the future.

The practical value of the research.

First, we’ll prove that the biography of the veteran of the War and Labour - is a story of all the country.

Second, his personal achievements are a great example for bringing up, for forming a patriot of our Motherland.

Third, the role of the War’s veteran, an Honored Teacher Ermakov Viktor Andreyevich is invaluable nowdays.

Difficult childhood, awful military young years, difficult but responsible work in the system of education.

Ermakov Viktor Andreyevich was awarded by a lot of orders and medals.

Crossing the Dnieper in 1943.

19 - year-old Viktor Ermakov got the Order of Glory.

In 1944 Lieutenant Ermakov he got the award the Order of the Red Star as a participant of the battle in Hungary.

Eyrmakov V.A. met the Great Victory in the capital of Austria - Vienna.

His teaching career was begun before the war.

In 1959 he was appointed the head teacher of a secondary school in Chelyabinsk.

In 1965, the school became one of the best in the region.

For great achievements in the sphere of education Ermakov V A was awarded a badge "An Honored Teacher of Education" and

the title "An Honored Teacher of the RSFSR" It was in 1967.

Viktor Andreyevich moved to Lipetsk and in 1973 and became a head teacher of a secondary school № 51.

His experience as a manager, an innovator and a teacher played an important role.

School number 51 became one of the best in Lipetsk.

Good teachers under his leadership shared their experience.

They invited foreign delegations to take part in different seminars, meetings. Everything helped to create a new excellent image of the school.

Ermakov’s teaching career wasn’t easy but it was very successful.

He says: " All my life, I have tried to do it the best. "

Viktor Andreyevich Ermakov was recognized a Teacher of the Year 2014.

He was awarded a number of badges and medals.

"His life is so unusual, so bright, so heroic. That’s why it should be known" - decided the teachers and pupils of school №51, creating a museum exposition "in 2004, when Viktor Andreyevich celebrated the 80-th anniversary of his birthday. It was called "The Poem of the Motherland and the Man.”

A lot of materials, documents & photos for the exposition were kindly given by the Ermakovs.

I am a 10^th form student. Our form teacher graduated our school and she was taught by Viktor Andreyevich.

We contact with Viktor Andreyevich, visit him, listen to him about childhood, the years of the war and post-war reconstruction of the country, tell about our school and after school activities, congratulate.

2 years ago on the eve of the Victory Day, we published an article in our school paper.

We wrote and thought: "What can we do for our country, for the people?"

No doubt, We should study to be active in social life, to be responsible.

Everyone should keep Russian history and customs.

On the 24 of February our veteran celebrated his 93- birthday.

We came to visit him and he greeted us with a cheerful and active. "I have got enough health and strength ", - Viktor Andreyevich said.

Victor A. Ermakov is a famous person in the city.

The Admnistration of Lipetsk have made a project "Heroes of our city." Listen to its results:

"The finalists of the project: ... Ermakov Viktor Andreyevich - a veteran of the World War II... who met the 9 of May in Vienna. After the victory of 1945 became a teacher and then a head teacher of school №51. "

We asked teachers and students: "What kind of person is Viktor Andreyevich?"

His colleagues say: "Hard-working, strict, but fair, responsible, has a lot of principles, had great authority, a strong-willed and an excellent specialist."

Students: "Do not keep his life for peaceful sky for the future, early went to the front and fought against Germany, he met the Victory Day in Europe, is good at teaching. "

Besides, 83 students were asked 3 questions:

• the name of Ermakov Viktor Andreyevich is linked with the history of our school. He was known, is known and will be remembered.

• His biography is not only facts about the life of the man. It is the history of struggle and labor, which teaches and brings up.

• No doubt, Ermakov’s life is the life of all the people, all over the country.

• More than that, personal qualities of Viktor Andreyevich, his military and professional achievements are a positive educational example.

• It allows us to educate the young on the examples of history.

• It is the main way to form a true citizen – a patriot of our Motherland.

• Education of youth on the examples of history, their inclusion in the experience of previous generations, is the main condition for the formation of a true citizen - patriot of his homeland.
