Of course each country has its own symbols: official and unofficial.
And I will try to compare them and introduce you with them.
In both countries there are the same
official symbols:
There are some unofficial symbols of England and Russia, which all people know and love.
The Trafalgar Square – the main square of London
Red Square – the main square of Moscow
The Buckingham Palace – the official residence of British monarchs
The Kremlin - the official residence of the President of the Russian Federation
The Bell Towers:
-the Spasskaya Tower of Ivan the
Great
-the tower of Elizabeth II (Big Ben)
Volga and Thames are traditional rivers of these countries
The Russian Samovar and English tea – symbols of hospitality
Symbols of peace and merges – white rose and red rose
Symbol of loyalty and love – camomile flower
Symbol of bravery and pride – lion
Symbol of power – bear
Symbol of strength and survival through trials – Oak Tree
Symbol of the beauty of nature – birch
Symbol of style – bowler hat
Symbol of utillity – the earflapped fur hat
Symbols of friendship and loyalty – Winny-the-Pooh and Cheburashka

Balalaika is the national instrument
