НЕТРАДИЦИОННЫЙ УРОК ОБОБЩЕНИЯ И СИСТЕМАТИЗАЦИИ ЗНАНИЙ КРЕАТИВНОГО ТИПА «ЕДА»

В 6 КЛАССЕ.


Аннотация

Цель данного урока – повторить, обобщить и систематизировать лексико-грамматический материал по теме «Еда и прохладительные напитки» в 6 классе, совершенствовать навыки устной и письменной речи, говорения, совершенствовать навыки индивидуальной и групповой работы, навыки и умения презентации и защиты ученических проектов.

Тип урока – нетрадиционный урок обобщения и систематизации знаний креативного типа, урок защиты творческих работ.

Все этапы урока логично взаимосвязаны и направлены на главный этап – совершенствование речевых навыков учащихся с лексико-грамматическим материалом по теме «Еда и прохладительные напитки». Соблюдается принцип систематичности и последовательности формирования знаний, умений и навыков, есть переход от простых заданий к более сложным.

Ключевые слова: favourite dishes, lay the table, cook, restaurant, cookery secrets.


Тема урока: Еда.

Тип урока: Нетрадиционный урок обобщения и систематизации знаний креативного типа, урок защиты творческих работ.

Цель урока: Повторить лексико-грамматический материал темы «Еда и прохладительные напитки»; совершенствовать навыки устной и письменной речи, говорения; совершенствовать навыки индивидуальной и групповой работы во время подготовки, презентации и защиты ученических проектов.

Тип проекта: индивидуальный творческий.

Практические задачи: 1) организовать устную тренировку по оперированию лексико-грамматическим материалом по теме «Еда и прохладительные напитки»;2) организовать диалогическое высказывание учащихся в связи с вербальной ситуацией «В ресторане»; 3) организовать работу по защите проектов на тему «Моё любимое блюдо».

Развивающие задачи: 1) формировать речевую и лингвистическую компетенции в рамках данной темы, развивать речевую реакцию, оперативную память, способность самостоятельно планировать речевой поступок; 2) развивать кратковременную и слуховую память, слуховой контроль; 3) формировать у учащихся понимание языка как средства общения.

Воспитательные задачи: 1) воспитывать дисциплинированность и внимание; 2) воспитывать вежливость, культуру общения, культуру поведения за столом, воспитывать эстетический вкус, правила речевого этикета; 3) прививать знания культуры, традиций своей страны и страны изучаемого языка.

Оборудование: Учебник Ваулина Ю. Е. и др. “Spotlight 6”, тематические картинки, раздаточный материал, проектные работы, магнитофон, мультимедийный проектор.

Методы: систематизирующий, коммуникативный, метод проектов.


I. Начало урока.


1. Оргмомент.

2. Речевая зарядка.

Who is on duty today?

What is the weather like today?

3. Фонетическая зарядка.

Let’s recollect our poem devoted to breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper.

Say this poem after me, please.

What would you like for breakfast , Lee?

I’d like two eggs, some milk and tea.

What would you like for lunch, Kate?

I’d like some soup, much fish and cake.

What would you like for dinner, Pete?

I’d like potatoes, soup and meat.

I’d like some cheese, some bread and ham.

4. Сообщение плана урока.

Our today’s lesson is devoted to our favourite dishes. We will speak about the way how to lay the table. We will go to the restaurant and you will have the opportunity to share your cookery secrets with the chef of this restaurant.

II. Основная часть.

Задача 1.

Организация тренировки лексико-грамматического материала по теме «Еда и прохладительные напитки»

1.Постановка задачи.

If we want to go to the restaurant we must know a lot of words connected with this place. First of all, let’s see whether you know the names of the British dishes and dishes of our country.

2. Выполнение тренировочных упражнений.

1.Unscramble the words which are British dishes. Put them down on the blackboard and into your copybooks.

How do we call … ?

1) Ladarmeam -cooked oranges; 1) marmalade;

2) atkes- this meat dish; 2) steak;

3) doregpri- a hot food made from grain eaten at breakfast; 3) porridge;

4) digndup - a soft sweet food that you eat at the end of a meal; 4) pudding;

5) cenos- a kind of cake; 5) scone;

6) kiml-a drink; 6) milk;

7) satot - a kind of bread; 7) toast:

8) wadichns - a light meal made of two pieces of bread and of egg, meat or cheese;8) sandwich;

9) citusib- small flat dry cake. 9) biscuit.

2. And now find the names of the dishes of our country hidden in the word search as quickly as possible. Write them down on the blackboard and into your copybooks.


That’s exactly the point!

3.How do we cook these dishes? Match the verbs with the nouns and put them down on the blackboard and into your copybooks.

To chop – some salt

To slice – the flour with eggs

To peel - meat

To mix – the cake

To mash – bread

To add – potatoes

To cut – carrots


To chop meat – нарезать мясо;

To slice bread – резать ломтиками хлеб;

To cut the cake – разрезать торт;

To mix the flour with the eggs – мешать муку с яйцами;

To mash potatoes – толочь картофель;

To add some salt – добавить соли;

To peel carrots – снимать кожуру с моркови.


4.What would you like to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper?

Student: I’d like to have a cheese sandwich for breakfast, meat with vegetables for lunch, borsch, fried chicken and mashed potatoes and a fruit pie for dinner, a glass of milk and some biscuits for supper.

5.Visiting a restaurant or a café we should know the names of the things which we can use sitting and eating at the table.

What things and how many of them can you see in this jumbled picture?

Student: I can see three forks, four knives, two bottles, two cups, two boxes.


6. Do you know how to lay the table? Tell us these rules, please.

Student: First you spread the table cloth and put the plates. Then you take spoons, knives and forks. You should put the knife and the soup spoon on the right of the plate and the fork on the left. On the left of each guest you put a small plate for bread and on the right – a glass. Don’t forget about the table napkins.

3.Подведение итогов.

I see that you know a lot of dishes and know all the things which we use while sitting and eating at the table.

Задача 2.

Организация диалогического высказывания в связи с вербальной ситуацией «В ресторане».

And now let’s go to the restaurant.

  1. Подготовка к восприятию диалога, снятие языковых трудностей.

Take these sheets of paper with the parts of the conversations in the restaurant. They are mixed up. Our class is divided into 4 groups. Each group has to make up the dialogues using these phrases and act the dialogues out. You have several minutes for preparation. (звучит музыка) –Групповая работа.

It’s high time to have a rest.

Please, put your hands on the desks and sit comfortable. Close your eyes. Calm down. Relax your body, relax your mind. You are sleeping. Now you can see beautiful pictures. Imagine that you are in a beautiful garden. You can see fruit trees with ripe juicy apples, pears, peaches, plums. You can see exotic fruit here too: pine-apples, oranges, kiwi fruit, bananas. You are happy. It’s time to return home.

Now you are going to wake up. One, two three. Wake up, please. I suppose you are going to continue our work now.

Задача 3.

Организация работы по защите проектов «Моё любимое блюдо»

1. Постановка задачи.

And you have the opportunity to share your cookery secrets with the chef of this restaurant and with all the pupils of our form.

2.Организация работы по защите проектов.

I know that all of you have prepared the stories about your favourite dishes and are ready to tell us about the dishes you like.

Ученики защищают свои проекты.

The name of my favourite dish is Pineapple salad. You need one pineapple, 5 eggs, marinated mushrooms, some cheese, some mayonnaise, two chicken breasts for this salad. To cook this dish, first of all, boil chicken breasts, boil 5 eggs. Then chop boiled chicken and put it on the plate. Add some mayonnaise. Slice the pineapple and mushrooms. Put them on top. Add some mayonnaise. Cut eggs and put them on top. Add some mayonnaise . Grate some cheese and put on top. I usually cook this dish when I invite my friends to the New Year’s Day party. This salad is very delicious. They say that my Pineapple salad is as tasty as any dish in the restaurant.
