Задачи урока:
- формировать навыки говорения через диалогическую и монологическую речь,
- формировать навыки аудирования через прослушивание аудиозаписей и просмотра видеороликов.

Hello, my dear students! Today we have an unusual lesson, we have many guests, and they are your parents and teachers. However, don`t worry and be active as usual. Show what you know, how you can speak English. Ok? We continue travelling throughout the UK. Учитель приветствует учеников и присутствующих на уроке.
Before we start our trip, let us train our tongues. You like tongue twister about Peter Piper very much, so I propose to practice it.

Учитель озвучивает скороговорку. Учащиеся повторяют её хором за учителем построчно, затем все вместе, потом учитель спрашивает индивидуально 1-2 учеников.
When you arrive to another country, you should make acquaintance and introduce yourselves to other people. Let us remember how to do it, what you can tell about yourselves, your families and your studying at school. Answer my questions:

Now let us practice introducing yourselves. I will give you cards with useful information. Moreover, your task is to compose a dialogue between two children from different countries. Are you ready?
Учащиеся разыгрывают между собой диалоги – знакомства, опираясь на запрашиваемую информацию в карточках.
Our trip is so long, you are tired I see, that is why let`s have a rest and remember our funny exercises. Stand up near the desks and do these exercises.
Учащиеся встают у своих парт и выполняют разминку “Head and shoulders, knees and toes”.
Now you will listen to the story about one family and your task is to complete the text with missing words.

The Adam family lives in a big house in Liverpool. Mr. Adam works in a school. He is a teacher. Mrs. Adam is at home. She hasn`t a job now. Mr. and Mrs. Adam have two children: Jackie and Bill. Jackie is 8 years old. She likes watching TV. Bill is 10. He doesn`t like watching TV. Nevertheless, he loves playing video games. They are a happy family.
