Урок английского языка в 10-м классе по теме " MONEY IN OUR LIFE "
Цель урока: активизация и развитие лексики по теме «Деньги», развитие навыков речи, чтения и аудирования.
Коммуникативная задача: обсудить различные аспекты использования денег и их роль в жизни человека
Прогнозируемый результат: предполагается, что к концу урока учащиеся смогут сформировать своё мнение по теме и продемонстрировать его в устном высказывании
Задачи урока:
образовательные:
создать условия для овладения учащимися основными видами речевой деятельности( говорение, чтение, восприятие и понимание иноязычной речи на слух);
развивающие:
способствовать овладению учащимися способами формирования и формулирования мысли на иностранном языке;
воспитательные:
способствовать воспитанию культуры устного общения;
создавать условия для повышения уровня знаний учащихся по финансовой грамотности
Необходимое оборудование и материалы для урока: компьютер, мультимедиапроектор, презентационный экран, раздаточный материал: текст , карточки для выполнения заданий, учебное пособие, доска.
Ход урока
I. Мотивационный этап. Целеполагание.
Good morning, friends! I am glad to see you.
Our lessons are devoted to money in our life.
You’ll practice to use new words,you'll define, what money is for you. I want you to show your knowledge of English, your skills at understanding, reading, speaking. I wish you good work, be attentive, help each other.
II.Актуализация знаний (лексико-грамматических навыков)
Each of you deals with money every day. We have to buy many things for soul and body. Look at the blackboard and repeat the words after me. You’ll work individually. Can you explain the meaning of the words on the board?
Coin is a small metal disk of different size and price.
Banknote is a piece of paper showing some value.
Cash is ready money.
Credit card is a plastic card used to take money from the bank account.
Cheque is a note-book in which we write the sum of money to take from the bank.
Barter is changing one thing for another without money.
Make up your own sentences with these words.
Usually I ask you different guestions, but today its your turn. You’ll work in pairs.You know what to do. Look at the board. Make up your own questions using Mind-map.
Students these words will be guite helpful for you during the lesson.

Let’s turn to the history of money. Listen to the text “ The history of money” and answer the question : Why did people stop carrying bags full of coins?
