RECOMMENDATION LETTER 2

It is with much enthusiasm that I recommend Hamdambek Ollayorov for inclusion in the Global UGRAD Exchange Program in the U.S.A.

My name is Bekzod Abduhalilov and I have priviliged to know Hamdambek as one of my hardworking, intellegencce and leader students for nearly years at the Youth Union. Hamdambek is one of the extremely deciplined students who does not disappoint regarding integrity. As head of the province Youth Union, I have known him to be very accomplishing and active in many cirriculum activities and he has been participatig in various confrences with his projects and volunteer works.

Particularly, Hamdambek succeded in publishing his several articles and one of the most popular article is about save environment. This article called “Yashil Makon” (GreenLand). He presented this article as a project in the third Republic Conference of Youth Union and his project confirmed. The project has financed by goverment and provided with 30 million sums. His this idea was very incredible. Because with this volunteer work, they planted over 10,000 trees and plants in the Fergana city. The results presents that Hamdambek’s work is good influenced to our environment. And the numbersof trees are still increasing.

Apart from that, he has showed himself as a diligent and devoted leader during a year working with us. He is a very fair-minded person who treats all the followers in his group with equal respect and affection. He cares all of them and helps everyone as possiple as he can.

Eventhougth he is not from here, he speaks perfect main Uzbek language. He has also oreator abilities. He is a really good speaker and good motivator for others. He showed himself with that way, in our several conferences and meetings. For 3 months he had many speeches and presentations in the every conferences. He knows English and Russian, so he also participated our internationnal conferences, meetings and festivals.

Every year in the spring, The Goverment orginizes cultural festival called “Atlas Festival” in Margilan. This festival about cultural fashion and clothes and it includes near 30 nations. Hamdambek has participated this festival as a volunteer student, and I should say that during the festival he got on with guests and made a lot of friends. Last day of the festeval he had recieved gifts from Brazilian, French and Turkish guests. During the festival he had learned many cultural things and showed our Uzbek traditions, our hospitality in his good attitude. After festival I reccieved many good words about him, and they mentioned that they were delighted to met him.
