The timber wolf belongs to the dog family. It has got long legs, a long tail and long sharp teeth. It is grey, brown or black. The timber wolf is about 1.5 long, 76 cm tall and weighs 44 kilos. It lives in the USA, Canada, Russia and it lives for about 10 years. The timber wolf eats animals of all sizes. It eats big animals, such as deer, as well as small animals, like rabbits and mice.

Sue: You often go out at the weekend, Linda.

Linda: Yes, I always go somewhere. I never stay in.

Sue: Where do you usually go?

Linda: Well, on Saturdays, I usually do my shopping at the supermarket in the morning, then at noon I sometimes meet my friends at the cafe in town.

Sue: That's nice. Do you have lunch there?

Linda: I usually have lunch at 1 o'clock, but not always at a cafe. Sometimes I eat at home.

Sue: And Sundays? What do you do on Sundays?

Linda: I always go for a walk in the mornings, and then I often go swimming in the afternoons.

Sue: And what do you do in the evenings?

Linda: Oh, I often go to the cinema on Saturday evenings. I sometimes go to a restaurant on Sundays, but I never stay out late on Sunday evenings because I always get up early on Monday mornings.
