Аннотация
К пакету практических заданий к дифференцированному зачёту по учебной дисциплине ОГСЭ.03 Иностранный язык, для обучающихся очной формы обучения по специальности 36.02.02 Зоотехния /укрупненная группа профессий, специальностей и направлений подготовки (УГС)36.00.00 Ветеринария и зоотехния.
Место учебной дисциплины в структуре основной профессиональной образовательной программы: дисциплина входит в гуманитарный и социально-экономический цикл.
Цели и задачи учебной дисциплины – требования к результатам освоения дисциплины:
В результате освоения учебной дисциплины обучающийся должен знать:
- лексический (1400 лексических единиц) и грамматический минимум необходимый для чтения и перевода (со словарем) иностранных текстов профессиональной направленности;
- соответствующие речевые формы и ключевые слова;
- правила оформления ряда документов;
- причины коммуникативных неудач;
- типологию речевых ошибок, вызванных отклонением от литературных норм;
- изобразительно-выразительные средства речи;
- составляющие компоненты иностранной речи;
- специфику устной и письменной речи;
- готовить проекты, презентации на иностранном языке;
В результате освоения дисциплины обучающийся должен уметь:
- уметь строить монологические и диалогические высказывания с учетом специфики иностранного языка- общаться (устно и письменно) на иностранном языке на профессиональные и повседневные темы.
- переводить (со словарем) иностранные тексты профессиональной направленности;
- самостоятельно совершенствовать устную и письменную речь, пополнять словарный запас.
В результате изучения учебной дисциплины у обучающегося должны формироваться следующие общие компетенции, включающие в себя способность:

Проверочные задания дают возможность выявить знания и умения обучающихся по грамматике иностранного языка, определить качество подготовки, а также выделить основные вопросы, на которые необходимо обратить внимание при дальнейшем изучении дисциплины.

«5» "отлично" заслуживает обучающийся, умеющий свободно выполнять задания, предусмотренные программой, обнаруживший всестороннее, систематическое и глубокое знание учебно-программного материала. Как правило, оценка "отлично" выставляется обучающимся, усвоившим взаимосвязь основных понятий дисциплины, проявившим творческие способности в понимании, изложении и использовании учебно-программного материала.
«4» "хорошо" заслуживает обучающийся, успешно выполняющий предусмотренные в программе задания, обнаруживший полное знание учебно-программного материала. Как правило, оценка "хорошо" выставляется обучающимся, показавшим систематический характер знаний по дисциплине и способным к их самостоятельному пополнению и обновлению в ходе дальнейшей учебной работы.
«3» "удовлетворительно" заслуживает обучающийся, справляющийся с выполнением заданий, предусмотренных программой, обнаруживший знания основного учебно-программного материала в объеме, необходимом для дальнейшей учебы. Как правило, оценка "удовлетворительно" выставляется обучающимся, допустившим погрешности в ответе при выполнении заданий, но обладающим необходимыми знаниями для их устранения под руководством преподавателя.
«2» Изложение учебного материала неполное, бессистемное; имеются существенные ошибки, которые обучающийся не в состоянии исправить даже с помощью преподавателя; неумение производить простейшие операции синтеза и анализа, делать обобщения и вывод

The development of the food industry, through industrialization and processing started in the early 1900s. At the beginning of the 20th century most people were still farmers who lived in rural areas. The political, social, scientific and economic changes at the beginning of the century had a huge impact on food industry. It was necessary to offer cheap basic everyday products. New technologies were adopted to transport food from the countryside to the cities and to guarantee its freshness. During the Second World War in order to make the conservation, storage and the transportation of food to the front line easier, food started to be processed industrially.

The digestive system consists of the teeth, mouth, gullet (oesophagus), stomach, liver, intestine, pancreas, and rectum. Food engineering could be defined as a field of knowledge with many disciplines, which combines the natural sciences with the information about the properties of the certain foodstuffs. This makes food safety a very important part of the food engineering process. Another part of this issue is food transportation. The pig is an omnivorous animal with a simple stomach. There is a number of pure breeds of pigs, including Black breeds. White breeds, and the Tamworth’s which have a golden-red colour. Crosses commonly show the mixed colours of the pure breeds. Pigs thrive in the open air under summer conditions, and they can during warm weather, convert their food into meat. The organs of the circulatory system are the heart and the blood vessels (tubes). The heart is found in the chest cavity. The heart is a muscular pump which sends blood around the body. The blood vessels which carry blood away from the heart are called arteries. Blood returns to the heart in veins. Joining the arteries and veins is a fine network of small tubes called capillaries. The capillaries pass through every part of the body. When the heart beats its muscles contract and sends blood out through the arteries. When the heart relaxes blood flows into it from the veins. Every time the heart beats it sends a pulse along the arteries. By feeling the pulse we can count the rate at which the heart beats.

It has a special job or jobs to do. A body system consists of a number of organs which work together to carry out a special job. The term poultry refers to those birds that are domesticated for their eggs and meat.
