A game
This is a type of game which requires whole class attention and skills of quick matching. The functions that are practiced are greetings and introductions in English. The Classroom language includes phrases such as : this is your name; this is my name. The task is for students to find a person with the same name. How to do that: the teacher mustl ask the students to say out their names. She has to redistribute them to the students so as each student receives the name of his or her collegiate mate. The students have to introduce themselves anew. They have to disagree with others if their name does not coincide with their real name or the name given. They have to shake their heads in disappointment and say: No,it is not the same. If their name coincides with the real they will have to shake in agreement and say it is the same.
