What is the hobby?

• Hobby — a human activity, a certain occupation in which regularly are engaged at a leisure, as a hobby. Hobby — what the person loves and with pleasure it is ready to be engaged in the free time. The hobby is a good way of fight against a stress, besides, hobbies often help to develop an outlook. The main objective of hobbies — to help to self-actualize.

What types of a hobby happen?

• Hobbies are some kinds of activity in which it is possible to be engaged. Here a little from them:

1. Sport

Sport is the first,

than it is possible

to do in the spare time.

You can be engaged in anything, whether it be driving by bicycle, run, bodybuilding and another. Sport will help to improve a figure, to strengthen muscles and the health. This kind of activity is useful to all.

2. Dances

very interesting. If you

have a talent, patience or the

desire is simple, it is possible to be engaged in them. Dancing, you improve the movements, you strengthen firmness and persistence, and also you lighten yourself mood.

3. Extreme
