One, one, one  (показываем указательный палец)

I can run ! (бег на месте)

Two, two,two (показываем 2 пальца)

I can jump too! ( прыгаем на месте)

Three, three, three  (показываем 3 пальца)

Look at me ! (ребенок замирает в смешной позе)

2.

Stand up, sit down (встаем, садимся)

Clap, clap, clap. (хлопаем в ладоши)

Point to the window, (показываем пальцем на окно)

Point to the door,  (показываем пальцем на дверь)

Point to the board,  (показываем пальцем на доску)

Point to the floor.  (показываем пальцем на пол)

Stand up, sit down (встаем, садимся)

Clap, clap, clap. (хлопаем в ладоши)

3.

Make your right hand clap, clap, clap. 

(хлопаем правой ладошкой по левой)

Make your left hand clap, clap, clap. 

(хлопаем левой ладошкой по правой)

Turn around 1,2,3. (поворот вокруг себя)

It is easy, you can see !

Make your right foot tap, tap, tap. (топаем правой ножкой)

Make your left foot tap, tap, tap. (топаем левой ножкой)

Turn around 1,2,3. (поворот вокруг себя)

4.

Перед зарядкой, нужно договорится, что дети будут поднимать (груши, бананы — если тема «Еда»; кубики, куклы — если тема «Игрушки»; пластмассовых зверей — если тема «Животные» и т.д.).

Это могут быть как реальные предметы, так и воображаемые.

Pick up, put down, stand up, turn around.

Clap left, clap right, clap up, clap down.

Look left, look right, look up, look down.

Turn around, sit down, touch something brown.

Последнее слово можно каждый раз менять, тем самым закрепляя цвета.

We are flying like a real jet. (руки в стороны, показывая самолёт)

We are hopping, (прыгаем на месте на одной ноге потом на другой)

We are climbing (как будто карабкаемся вверх)

Like a funny cat. (рисуем в воздухе усы как у кота)

Mew. (садимся на место)

Up, down, up, down. (руки вверх, вниз)

Which is the way to London Town? (шагаем на месте)

Where? Where? (руку к глазам, повороты влево, вправо)

Up in the air, (смотрим вверх)

Close your eyes (закрываем глаза)

And you are there! (разводим руки в стороны)

This is my right hand,
I’ll raise it up high (Raise the right hand)
This is my left hand,
I’ll touch the sky. (Raise the left hand)
Right hand, (Show the right palm)
Left hand, (Show the left palm)
Roll them around. (Roll hands around)

Turn around, turn around.

Giraffes are tall, with necks so long.

(Stand on tip toes; raise arms high up into the air)

Elephants' trunks are big and strong. (Make trunk with a hand and an arm)

Zebras have stripes and can gallop away, (Gallop around in a circle)

While monkeys in the trees do sway. (Sway back and forth)

Old crocodile swims in a pool so deep, (Pretend to swim)

Turtles in the sun go to sleep. (Lay head on hands and close eyes)

Raise your hands high in the air,
At your sides, on your hair.
Raise your hands as before
While you clap: one, two, three, four.
I put my hands upon my hips,
I turn myself around.
I raise my hands above my head
And then I touch the ground

(Three fingers up, rest head on hands.)
Fourth one said, “Let’s dive and dip.”
(Four fingers up, hand dives and dips.)
Fifth one said, “I spy a ship.”
(Five fingers up, peep out under hand.)
Fisherman’s boat comes,
(Fingers form V and move away from body.)
Line goes splash,
(Pantomime throwing fishing line.)
Away the five little fishies dash.
(Wiggle five fingers away.)

Show me your shoulders, (руки на плечи)

Show me your neck, (руки на шею)

Clap, clap your hands (хлопаем в ладоши)

And show me your back. (поворачиваемся спиной, и снова разворачиваемся)

Show me your head,  (руки на голову)

He bends and stretches, he won’t break.
Try and copy the shapes he makes
And be a bendy toy.
Well, he bends over here

Nods his head “yes” 
Shakes it “no”.

(Дети стоят на месте, подпрыгивая при слове «jump!»)

(Дети хлопают в ладоши в такт песне.)

1. Father, mother, sister, brother

         Дети встают в круг, слушают песню и передают по кругу мячик. У кого на словеyou окажется мячик, выходит в середину круга. Он должен покружиться, если поется dance, dance или попрыгать, если поётся jump, jump, или заплакать понарошку, потом он снова становится на свое место. Мячик передается пока, не кончится песня.

Father, Father, Father, Father, Father, I see you!

(Ребенок, которому достался мяч, выходит в круг)

Mother, Mother, Mother, Mother, Mother, I see you!

(Ребенок, которому достался мяч, выходит в круг)

Father, lets dance, dance! Mother, lets dance, dance!

(Два вышедших в круг ребенка кружатся, затем становятся на свои места)

(Ребенок, которому достался мяч, выходит в круг)

(Ребенок, которому достался мяч, выходит в круг)

(Два вышедших в круг ребенка прыгают, затем становятся на свои места)

(Ребенок, которому достался мяч, выходит в круг)

(Вышедший в круг ребенок изображает плачущего малыша, затем становится в круг)

1. Дождик

      Несколько детей надевают на голову ободки из картона, на которых изображены капельки дождя. Остальные дети начинают прогонять дождь, а дети с ободками убегают и прячутся:

DADDY wants to play.

Life is but a dream. (закрываем глаза руками)

(Гуляем по деревне)
